| PRE-ORDERS |
Placing a pre-order signifies your agreement to purchase an item(s) prior to its official public release. This secures your place in the fulfillment queue. Orders will be processed and shipped in the order they were received once the item officially launches. You will not need to make a subsequent purchase. Your selected shipping method will be applied at the time of fulfillment.
| DIGITAL PRODUCTS (E-BOOKS) |
Due to the nature of digital products delivered electronically via email, all e-book sales are non-refundable. Should you encounter any issues with downloading or accessing the PDF file, a replacement file will be issued upon presentation of proof of purchase and evidence of the technical difficulty.
| SHIPPING |
Every order is meticulously triple-checked for accuracy and condition before dispatch. In the event of an issue with your mailing address, we will contact you via email to verify the correct details. If we do not receive a response within two (2) business days, your order will be canceled, items returned to stock, and a full refund processed.
| LOCAL PICK-UP ORDERS |
For the security of our customers and to prevent fraud or theft, a valid photo ID (state-issued or school-issued) is required at the time of pick-up. The name on the identification must match the name on the order. Orders not picked up within three (3) business days of the designated pick-up date will be returned to stock, and a full refund will be initiated.
