Returns and refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Korrence Company. Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges for both physical and digital products.


Time Limit for Exchanges

Please be advised that all sales are final. We encourage you to review your selections carefully before finalizing your purchase. You have 7 business days from the date you receive your order to initiate an exchange for a physical product.


Condition of Items

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their exact, original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Opened products (physical goods where the seal is broken or packaging is removed) cannot be accepted for return, refund, or exchange.



Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return item(s) back to us.

  • If you are returning an order with a requested exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new, exchanged item from our shop back to you.



Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged due to their nature:

  • Digital products, e-books, and any electronic downloads are final sale.
  • Custom work or personalized items are non-returnable.

Any physical order that has been opened or used will not be honored for a refund or exchange.
